- Valid for bookings up to 30th November 2026
- Must be booked by 14th September 2026
- Subject to availability
- Excludes weekends, bank holidays, and peak event dates
- Once booked, dates cannot be changed
- Winner must respond within 48 hours of being announced or the prize will be forfeited
- Prize is non-transferable and must be taken by the winner
- No cash alternative
- A refundable security deposit will be taken prior to arrival and returned once the apartment has been checked
- Stay Manchester reserves the right to withdraw the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances
