The entire city is at your doorstep, with major tram links just a short walk away to the Co-op Live Arena, Etihad and Old Trafford. Train stations at Victoria, Piccadilly and Oxford Road are around 10 minutes on foot, and plenty of car parks are close by too.

What is the Media Entertainment provided?

You are welcome to plug your Fire TV Stick into our HDMI port, or log in to your favourite streaming apps on the 2 large flat screen smart Samsung TVs in both apartments.

The apartments do not have a TV licence, so you can only watch live TV or BBC programs on your mobile device/laptop.
Please log out of your app before you depart/take your plug in with you.

We have two apartments on the same 1st floor, joined by a small corridor.

Lushpads Pad 1:

  • 3 bedrooms: Bedding provided for 10 people

  • Bedroom 2:  1 double bed
  • Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
  • Lounge: 2 single day beds and 1 single pull-out bed

Satori Pad 2:

  • 1 bedroom Bedding provided for 5 people
  • Master bedroom: 1 Double bed
  • Lounge: 2 single day beds and 1 single pull-out bed

Payment is made using a credit or debit card via a secure STRIPE platform. Contact us  before booking if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

50% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking, and 50% month before your stay.

We can be flexible, especially if you are staying multiple nights or booking both apartments in advance. Perhaps you are organising to collect money from a large group, so please do chat to us about your circumstances to see if we can help.

If your circumstances change and you need to cancel, we will do our best to help. We can put your booking dates back on the market, and if a booking replaces your booking, we will refund you minus a 10% admin charge.

Should we need to cancel your booking due to exceptional circumstances, the amount you have already paid will be refunded in full.

Both apartments are on the first floor and are accessed by a 2-flight staircase.

Lushpads Pad1 has its own private entrance with double stairs to the first floor. Lift access is by prior request.

Satori Pad 2 has a communal entrance shared with other apartments in the development, with double stairs to the first floor, and has access to a lift.

Due to the layout and the access to the apartment, it is not suitable for wheelchairs. There no disabled toilet or shower in either of the apartments.

A security deposit is held from 11 am on the day of check-in via a secure payment method STRIPE, using a credit or debit card. It will be the same card as you have paid for your stay unless you change it on your HOSTAWAY guest portal. This is to cover any losses, damage or disruption by guests.

Lushpads Pad 1: £250 Satori Pad 2: £150. The deposit will be released within 24hrs of checkout on the return of both sets of keys, and the apartment is left undamaged and in a reasonably tidy condition.

Photographic ID of passport or driving licence is also required from the lead booker prior to arrival via WhatsApp.

Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is by 11am on the last morning of your booking.

If a late checkout or an early check-in is required, please let us know your plans in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our cleaners need time to be able to do a great job, so please ensure you don’t overstay our agreed check-out times and double-check you have all your belongings.

By prior arrangement, you can drop your bags off at the apartment from 12 pm or sometimes earlier, at no additional charge.

Please be aware that it is not a time to change or use the facilities in the apartment.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Approximately £20 per hour, depending on the day and number of hours. Prior arrangement is essential and subject to availability.

Do you have car parking?

Car parking is not included in the cost of your stay. The nearest available car park is the Manchester Northern Quarter NCP Car Park, which is located on Tib/Church Street. Please refer to the parking map guide provided.

Yes. Towels, robes and bedding are provided for each of the max occupancy of guests. Please do not strip the beds on departure. Please do not wash our laundry as it is professionally laundered. Please put dirty towels and robes in the wash basket or bath.

Yes. All items are available in both apartments Lushpads and Satori. There is a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets located in Lushpads Pad 1. Both apartments have some washing powder, toilet rolls and fully equipped kitchens to meet your self-catering needs.

We have welcomed Hen, Stag and Birthday groups who respect our home away from home since 2008. Manchester is a fabulous place, and you couldn’t have a more central location to go out and party! Our apartments are a haven to relax and sleep,  cook, great to catch up and get ready to go out, enjoy pre-drinks and nibbles too!

No. Late-night noisy parties are forbidden. The apartment is located within a residential building. We kindly request that guests respect the residents by not allowing excessive noise or unruly behaviour. If any parties, excessive noise or unruly behaviour occurs, you will be charged fully for your stay, your security deposit will not be refunded, and your stay will be immediately ended.

No, they both are non-smoking apartments. Please exit the building to smoke.

You can vape inside the apartment, but please do not put the used vapes in our bins.

Smoking incurs additional charges for extra cleaning at a minimum cost of £50. Additionally, you will be liable for costs related to any fire damage or if the apartments cannot be let out for the following nights due to the smell or damage.

We provide tea bags, instant coffee and sugar. We have cafetière for ground coffee and a Tassimo pod machine for you to use, where you can bring pods or ground coffee of your choice.
