We could work with you to relist the your stay. If a replacement booking is secured then your payment can be refunded minus 10% admin charge.

50% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

In the event of a no show or cancellation within one calendar month of your reservation date, full payment will be maintained.

We recommend that you do take out travel insurance.

Stay Manchester reserves the right to cancel any bookings due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances. Should we need to cancel your booking, the amount you have already paid will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be provided.

Both apartments are on the first floor and the entrance to each apartment has double stairwells.

There is a lift available at the back entrance for Lushpads for very special circumstances by prior arrangement with management.

However, due to the layout of the apartment both are not suitable for wheelchairs as here is no disabled toilet or shower/bath facilities.

NOTE: There are a couple of different floor levels in Lushpads so there are a couple of steps that are highlighted with Yellow warning tape.

Satori has lift access available for guests to use to the first floor.

Yes, please use WhatsApp to send a Photographic ID picture of your (lead booker) Passport or Driving Licence before check in. WhatsApp also helps us to communicate during your stay.

A security deposit is required before check-in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and is to be paid on a card.

Lushpads: £250 Satori: £150 The deposit will be refunded on check-out, with the return of both sets of keys and providing the apartment is left undamaged and in a reasonable condition.

Check-in time is from 15:00 on the first day of your booking and check out time is by 11:00 on the last morning of your booking.

The cleaners arrive by 11:00 when you are to depart, so you must ensure that you have checked out by then.

If a late checkout or an early check-in is required, it has to be confirmed by prior arrangement with management.

This is subject to availability that may only be known on the day or the day before and additional charges may apply.

By prior arrangement, you can drop your bags off at the apartment at no additional charge. Please be aware that bag drop off is not a time to change or use the facilities in the apartment, it is only to drop your bags off at the door.  

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Approximately £20 per hour depending on the day and number of hours.

Payment is made securely automatically (HOSTAWAY/STRIPE) when you book via credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us before making booking.

If you are booking both apartments or multiple nights please ask for a quote before you book.

If your booking is made more than one month in advance of your reservation date, 50% of the payment is to be made at the time of booking; the remainder is due to a minimum of 1 month before your stay. Failure to pay the full balance a minimum of one month before your stay may result in you losing your deposit and the complete booking altogether.

If your booking is made within one month of your reservation date, full payment is to be made at the time of booking via credit or debit card.

Car parking is not included in the cost of your stay and any parking needed is subject to charge by external providers. The nearest available car parking can be found at the Manchester Northern Quarter NCP Car Park which is located on Church Street/Tib Street. I use Just Park  or Your Parking Space apps to find parking. Put postcode of m1 1JA in. Areas that are only about 10mins walk away are often more cost effective. EG Printworks/Ancoats areas. You can quickly use the layby outside Night and Day to drop bags off at the apartments, then go and park up.

Yes, for over 18 years we have been holding security deposits for our serviced apartments.

£250 (Lushpads) or £150 (Satori) will put on hold will from your Credit/Debit card at 12pm day of check in.

This is managed securely by you putting your card details into HOSTAWAY guest portal via a link that will be emailed a few days before stay.

It is put on hold 12pm on day of arrival – entry will not be granted with Security Deposit being on hold.

Stripe manage the payment securely. Please DO NOT send your card details directly. If you are concerned at any stage about this process feel free to call/WhatsApp 07956 086175.

The security deposit will be refunded following check-out with the return of both sets of keys/providing the apartment is left undamaged and in a reasonable condition. Failure to do so may result in charges.

Housekeeping needs to do full checks. Please allow 48hrs for  manual release(It is set for automatic release after 7 days). If after this you have not regained access to your monies. Please check with us and you may need to chase your bank to see why they are still holding on to funds that Stay Manchester no longer requires to be held.

Here at Stay Manchester, we have two beautiful, modern apartments, located in the heart of Manchester’s city centre. Further details for both apartments can be found below:

LUSHPADS: Pad 1 – Oldham Street – sleeps a maximum of 10 people

3 bedrooms

Master Bedroom- 1 king-sized bed and one single bed

Bedroom 2- 1 double bed

Bedroom 3- 2 single beds

Lounge- 3 single beds.

The 3 single beds are organised as follows-2 single day beds and 1 fold-out bed

SATORI: Pad 2 – Dale Street – sleeps a maximum of 4 people (+ 1 extra single bed on request & charge)

1 Double bedroom with Double bed (max. 2 people)

Lounge with 2 x Single day beds (max. 2 people)

Both Lushpads and Satori can be booked for larger groups to accommodate total or 14/15 guests and are on same 1st floor and joined by a shared corridor.

Yes. All towels (1 medium towel per person), robes and bedding are provided. This includes the spare beds.

PLEASE NOTE, there is no need to make or strip the beds on departure. Please put dirty towels and robes in the wash basket.

Yes. All items are available in both apartments Lushpads and Satori.

There is furthermore a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets located in Lushpads.

Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens to meet all of your self-catering needs.

We try and provide sufficient toilet roll, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tea bags, sugar and coffee but we are self catering and you may need to buy more depending on your needs. 

No. Late night noisy excessive numbers parties are strictly forbidden. Minut/RING monitoring to prevent these gatherings.

We do welcome hen, stag, birthday groups that wish to do their partying in the local establishments.

The apartment is located within a residential building. We kindly request that guests respect the residents by not allowing excessive noise or unruly behaviour.

If any parties, excessive noise or unruly behaviour occurs you will be charged fully for your stay, your security deposit will not be refunded and your stay will be immediately ended and if necessary Police/security will be involved.

No. Stay Manchester’s properties are non-smoking apartments.

This includes ‘out of the window’ smoking. Please exit the main building to smoke.

We apologise if this is an inconvenience, however, this is our company policy included in our Terms and Conditions, and developed with your health and safety in mind.

Additional charges will apply for extra cleaning at a minimum cost of £50.

Additionally, you will be liable for any fire damage caused by smoking. 

We value direct bookings with multiple night stays and if you wish to book both pads at once.
